This is in reference to your reconsideration request submitted
through the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Marine Corps
Installations West-Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California.
You previously petitioned the Board and were advised in our
letter of 20 May 1994, that your application had been denied.
Additionally, you petitioned the Board for reconsideration of
your case and were advised in our letter of 23 October 1997,

that your request had been denied.

Your current request has been carefully examined by a three-
member panel of the Board for Correction of Naval Records,
sitting in executive session on 12 June 2015. The names and
votes of the members of the panel will be furnished upon request.
Documentary material considered by the Board consisted of your
application and any material submitted in support of your
request.

You presented as evidence, various letters requesting assistance
for injuries you alleged occurred while on active duty, anda
medical narrative summary covering the period from 6 to 12 July
1982. Although some of the evidence you presented is new, it is
not material given your pattern of misconduct. Accordingly, your
reconsideration request is denied.

It is regrettable that the circumstances of your case are such
that the Board will not process any additional reviews and this
matter is considered a final action. However, if you wish to
continue to seek relief you will need to present your concerns to
a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
